Dear Our Lady Queen of Peace Community,

Christmas came a little early in the form of full authorization to proceed with our K4 program. The Parish Council approved the plan unanimously and now it is time to make the dream a reality. Monsignor Ken shared the historical significance of moving our school forward and the importance behind serving our community. Now I ask for everyone’s help in creating and sustaining what is necessary to make this venture a success. Initially, communication and discussion is what is needed to assure continued interest in the program. Many school families have expressed their hope in our program but we need to expand beyond that. To be successful we need to attract parish and community families that will revitalize our program and it is this challenge that I wish to enlist your help with. There is nothing more powerful than impassioned believers to spread a message. We only need to look for His guidance and example to see that. Truly your commitment and willingness to share your reasons for being a Queen of Peace School family will provide the impetuous to have others take a serious look and join us. Details will be forthcoming about the K4 program but what I ask you to share now are the aspects of our total program and the overall preparation that our graduates receive to meet the rigors of their next challenge. In addition, it is community that I believe is our greatest strength and that is communicated best through your sharing. Please be open for the Holy Spirit’s guidance and help spread our news.

There will also be a great financial need to begin the program. School & Family has taken this challenge on at my request but I would ask for everyone’s help if possible. A nice charitable deduction may be exactly what you need at this time of the year. Please contact me if this is a possibility. The New Year will be extremely exciting and I look forward to joining with you as we continue to move QP forward. Please accept my heartfelt wishes that you and your family enjoy a very blessed Christmas and that family and friends join together in welcoming our Lord.
