About QP
Our Lady Queen of Peace School strives to educate children as part of a caring community of faith.
Our school was established in the late 1940s and has served the west side of Madison for nearly 60 years as a Catholic grade school in the Diocese of Madison.
There are two classes per grade in grades 1-8. Our kindergarten is made up of three classes.
At this time we are accepting new families. Please call the school office at 231-4580 for information about immediate openings. More information is available in our Admissions Section.
Queen of Peace School has a staff of almost 50. All teachers have degrees in education and are certified by the State of Wisconsin. Many have master's degrees, and all have gone far beyond the basic state requirements. Each classroom has an aide available to help in various projects and to break down class sizes to work in more convenient numbers.
